The Office of the Regulator shall ensure that the process for the Granting of Maltese Citizenship by Naturalisation through Exceptional Merit, in accordance with Article 10(9) of Cap.188 of the Laws of Malta, as provided for in the relative Regulations, is duly followed with integrity and the highest ethical standards in a responsible manner, and that the innate spirit behind the provisions of these Regulations is followed throughout without fail.
